Year 6 Class Teacher / KS2 Primary Teacher SN15
Are you ready to make a lasting impact at a crucial stage in a childs education My client a small and vibrant primary school is looking for an inspiring Year 6 Class Teacher to help a wonderful class of around 20 pupils take confident steps toward secondary school. This is your chance to shape lives build resilience and leave a lasting legacy with every lesson taught. This role is available on a permanent contract starting in September on a fulltime basis.

What Youll Be Doing
- Leading a Year 6 class delivering engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Supporting pupils academic social and emotional progress to ensure they are secondary school ready.
- Assessing recording and reporting on pupil achievement to staff and families.
- Creating a safe stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
- Actively participating in school lifefrom extracurricular activities to curriculum planning and community engagement.
- Serving as a subject leader shaping schoolwide teaching in your area of expertise.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Confident teaching in Year 6 with strong knowledge of KS2 SATs preparation.
- Comfortable supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs using the 025 SEN Code of Practice.
- Enthusiastic about smallschool collaboration and community involvement.
- Proactive and reflective with a growth mindset and leadership potential.
