Your Responsibilities
You will plan organise coordinate and managethe Safety team for product projects in the Truck & Bus sector
You will steer and coordinatethe achievement of relevant tasks related to product safety
You will supportmembers from various engineering departments
You will ensure compliancewith all relevant legal regulations standards and norms in the areas of product safety and high voltage safety
You will transparently highlight deviationsand initiate measures to achieve or balance targets
You will be responsible for status reportingto project and line committees
You will provide expert inputto solve complex product safety issues within the assigned project
You will be a member of the overarching MTBE Safety team contributing practical experience to continuously improve processes and methods
Your Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field)
At least 5 years of experience in development
Several years of professional experience in product safety ideally with a focus on high voltage safety (e.g. as a responsible test/design engineer for safetyrelevant components or systems)
Indepth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
Ability to create and maintain safety documentation and reports
Practical experience in project management and MAN PEP
Strong communication coordination and moderation skills
Convincing customer orientation and a solutionoriented approach
Initiative determination and team orientation
Fluent German and English language skills
