OurProduct Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)is one of the most innovative divisions within PSLD as within all of Caterpillar our priority is ourcustomers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly everyelement of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to is responsible for Aftermarket Parts DistributionofCat Parts Integrated Logistics segment Procurementand thedesign andmanufactureof WearComponents(Undercarriage and GET) andMaintenance Components(Seals Tubes & Hardware Hose & Couplings Fluids and Filters).

As the Senior Product Supply Network Lead you will lead the collaboration between Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) and other internal Caterpillar divisions including but not limited to leadership meetings development and execution of shared OPACC Improvement Agendas (OIAs) facilitating resolution/communication related to urgent logistics incidents support partner strategic initiatives needing transportation/logistics input and general information sharing across the teams.

What You Will Do:

• Represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and the Voice of ILS between divisions to drive strategic alignment ensure mutual accountability and effective communication channels between organizations.
  • New initiatives and ideas by either organization (network changes product or supply sourcing changes tools/functionality).
  • Ensure appropriate support on partner and ILS initiatives.
  • Navigate hierarchies to connect partners and ILS functional expertise.
• Develop strategic OIAs between organizations to drive mutual focus and accountability towards goals.
• Manage partnerfocused strategiclevel projects and programs.
• Engage organization leadership (Directorlevel and direct reports) in reviews on a regular cadence that focuses on important/strategic initiatives and the current state of the business.
• Coordinate ILS expertise and industry connections to provide partners with logistics benchmarking information.
• Ensure logistics representation for Sourcing Councils and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from timetotime.

• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
