Job Description
Job Title: Quality Technician C

Job Description:
As a quality inspector you will perform product inspections in accordance with the applicable specifications and drawing requirements and review supporting assembly instructions. Additionally you will conduct process inspections following manufacturing instructions and perform process audits to assess operator competency on critical and certified processes. Engaging with a crossfunctional team of operators and engineers you will provide feedback on process and productrelated nonconformances. Your role includes maintaining quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished hardware on highly complex electronic and mechanical assemblies. Furthermore you will participate in crossfunctional Gembas.
Essential Functions:
- Perform initial in process and final inspections of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Micro Circuit Assemblies (MCA) in accordance with the applicable specifications/ drawing and IPC requirements.
- Perform AsBuilt verifications at open cover and final inspections.
- Documents and record nonconformances and interface with Operators to provide feedback for proper root cause and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years postSecondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- Experience in micro circuits and/or circuit card assemblies
- Experience evaluating complex electronic hardware under magnification to IPCA610 IPCA620 JSTD001
- Certified or the ability to obtain certification to the above referenced workmanship standards
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile/PdM FRACAS Zeus
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills to both internal and external customers.
- Working knowledge ofquality assurance principles.
- Strongability to focus prioritize and multitask successfully to drive tasksto closure to support customer commitments and business objectives.
- Understanding of Windowsenvironment including standard Microsoft Office tools is stronglypreferred.
