Job Description
Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Spa Receptionistto join the Team!
Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort this luxurious Forbes 4Star property has 502 rooms 30000 square feet of banquet space and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants 2 bars a pool and inroom dining.
Classification: FullTime
Shift: Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $18.20 with a percentage of the service charge and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing
As a Spa Receptionist you will provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check in/out. Specifically this includes but is not limited to:
- Book change or cancel spa appointments accurately.
- Provide efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out.
- Sell retail.
- Assist with laundry and tidies up the locker rooms and lounge area
- Upsell services/treatment to guests
