Play a vital role in keeping our care team running smoothly by managing schedules staffing and training efforts in a fastpaced rewarding environment.
Youll be the heartbeat of our facilitys daily operations by:
Creating managing and adjusting staff schedules to ensure full coverage
Coordinating shift coverage for callouts PTO and open positions
Communicating clearly with department heads and team members about schedule changes
Leading new hire orientation and maintaining accurate personnel records
Organizing inservice training and continuing education such as CNA certification and CPR
Monitoring staff performance through daily rounds and addressing inservice needs
Ensuring all HR state and federal compliance standards are met
Were looking for someone who is:
A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or higher credentialed caregiver in Texas
Experienced in longterm care and employee scheduling
Proficient with organizing staff coverage resolving scheduling conflicts and managing callins
Detailoriented highly organized and a strong communicator
Genuinely compassionate toward elderly and disabled individuals
Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking
Fluent in reading and writing English
Reliable punctual and teamfocused
