Sheehy Toyota of Laurelis seeking an energetic individual for theFullTimeReceptionist/Cafe Conciergeposition. As the Receptionist and Concierge you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealerships first impressions representative. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goaloriented. If you are professional have integrity love people and like to get things done apply today!
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Other duties assigned
- Maintain Cafe Duties including:Prepare beverages and snacks for the store customers such as prepackagedfoods and coffee.
- Maintain and clean the store inventory and stocking.
- Adhere to food safety procedures.
- Handle cash and record customers orders information accurately.
Requirements
- Must be available to work afternoons evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or higher
- Must have Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass preemployment testing to include background checks (MVR drug test)
- Previous Automotive experience a plus!
