Job Description
The Program Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for leading the new product development cycle for multiple software products within ADI. The ideal candidate must possess a rare blend of business and technical savvy a bigpicture vision while being able to remain tactical a drive to make that vision a reality and the ability to influence team members cross functionally. This individual must also possess a customer first mindset with a bias for action.A successfulcandidate must be comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work with Engineering (Software and Hardware) UI/UX Product Management Marketing and Operations to create / manage detailed and comprehensive product development plans
- Have experience in working with teams in the agile continuous delivery and empowered methodologies.
- Establish comprehensive schedules with all dependencies clearing identifying the dynamic critical path as efforts progress across the full development lifecycle
- Maintain track and update program risks upcoming milestones and team priorities while ensuring cross functional alignment and agreement
- Coordinate and facilitate cross functional solutions to mitigate risks keeping development commitments on track
- Synthesize issues in an actionable form to leadership
- Identify project constraints their impact and develop mitigation plans
- Plan prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2 years experience or more managing complex development projects through the full product development lifecycle
- Experience working across teams and across the organization to create a unified development experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues to a nontechnical audience
- Strong planning and analytic problemsolving skills
- Strong sense of ownership with a bias toward delivering results
