Job Description
This Administrative Coordinator I position serves as the Administrative and Communications Coordinator for the MUSC Boeing Center for Childrens Wellness (BCCW). The position supports all purchasing and procurement duties for the Center while also supporting the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies that the Centers Initiatives. Primarily responsible for providing direction on marketing collaborative oversight and multichannel communications: digital/social direct mail email and print. Works closely with the Director of the Boeing Center to provide guidance to the team on the allocation of resources and oversight of administrative activities that support the management of the center.
Works to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external constituents by sharing and responding to requests for information ensuring these constituents receive relevant timely and positive information about the work of the Boeing Center. This includes coordinating designing and producing the Centers Annual Impact Report. Identify the needs and interests of various groups and translate the results into strategic communication efforts including selecting the best medium to achieve goals.

Administration Duties
Provides support for all administrative activities for the Center.
Responsible for understanding the Universitys purchasing policies and guidelines.
Responsible for entering purchased goods services and supplies into OurDay.
Responsible for all Pcard purchases and associated fiscal management.
Ensures transactions are accurate processed timely and approved.
Manages relationships with vendors serving as a point of contact
Supports training and troubleshooting for CRM software

Print Media and Outreach Duties
Develop a variety of print and electronicallybased communication materials for targeted internal/external audiences coordinating related public affairs media community relations and marketing activities through collaboration with designers photographers and others on the theme branding and design of materials to maximize impact.
Coordinate design and produce BCCW Annual Impact Report schoolbased staff training/educational presentations/videos educational campaigns and translational research materials
Work with the appropriate MUSC communications entities to support a multimedia strategy including social media and videos to increase engagement with internal and external constituencies to promote BCCW
Identify and manage direct strategic placement of communications to appropriate media outlets to maximize impact.
New Duties:
Ensures all written and video materials are ADA compliant
Fosters productive working relationships with internal and external partners to expand the reputation and reach of BCCW.

Digital Media Duties
Oversee the Centers website. Responsible for developing new content updating existing content and serving as liaison with appropriate MUSC departments for site maintenance.
Develop themes and content for social media and print materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
Create social media graphics in accordance with branding guidelines.
Create relevant content for Facebook and Instagram.
Moderate Facebook group and create content to engage members in discussion.
Monitor analytics on social media and adjust content calendar as necessary.

Marketing Oversight Duties
Respond to requests for information from media outlets internal/external stakeholders and the public to ensure constituents receive relevant timely and positive information about the Centers work.
Train staff on best practices in brand management.
Develop and coordinate timeline for marketing and communications needs.
Edits communications presentations and other documents before being shared with the public.
Works directly with BCCW Medical Director and Director to enhance the visibility and credibility of the Center.
Collaborate with designers photographers and others to develop materials and content.
New Duties:
Develop compelling content and photography for the Centers various communication channels such as website monthly and subjectspecific ecommunications and social media while adhering to MUSCs Branding and Style Guidelines.
Distribute written and photographic content to school districts and community partners as requested.
Secure signed waivers for all photographic content.
Serves as project lead for all communication projects and works to expand the reputation and reach of BCCW.
Coordinates communication projects from concept through completion with a high degree of quality creativity and efficiency.
