Based out of our Kernersville NC office the person who steps into this role is responsible for collaborating with carrier partners and shippers alike overseeing the full life cycle of every shipment in your given book of business. In order to be successful in this role individuals must be able to think quickly in a fastpaced and competitive team environment where your hard work will generate results. We are seeking someone who is salesdriven ambitious in pursuit of new opportunities to grow business and that has a highlevel of customer service acumen. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively across all means in both English and Spanish for this opportunity.
What does the position require
Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients through industryleading technology
Function as the liaison between clients carriers shippers and receivers
Develop longterm relationships with customers by providing firstinclass customer service
Manage movement of the clients goods ensuring that they are picked up transported safely and delivered on time to the clients expectations
Using industryleading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipments
Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions
Interested candidates must exercise flexibility with their work schedule; there will be the need to participate in an oncall/after hours rotation with your team and there may be special projects customer needs or responsibilities that extend into evening hours weekends or before the start of a given business day. This is particularly important with this person focusing on international business and working with customers in different time zones.

Associates Degree Required Bachelors Degree Preferred
Operational experience within the 3PL/Logistics field (preferred not required)
