Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team youll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a FirstClass experience interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a firsttime round solution.
We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed all we ask is that you are a brilliant listener have a passion for problem solving and ability to empathise and understand customer needs.
This role will also include but not be limited to:
- Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner with professionalism shown throughout
- Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
- Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams

Location: Based in our sale office South Manchester
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday no evenings weekends or bank holidays
