What youll be doing
Reporting to the Director Inclusion this position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and daytoday management of the Inclusion team at CIBC. Partnering closely with CIBCs ten People Networks the Associate Inclusion is responsible for delivering annual programming updates administration as well as proactive management of the function.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.
How youll succeed
Manage delivery of the global inclusion strategy Coordinate the activity administration and operations of the inclusion team to maximize business outcomes including: the Inclusive Leadership budget planning and invoice processing records management team meetings managing the Inclusion Mailbox etc.
External profile Support the Director in executing on initiatives that extend CIBCs brand equity as a bank and employer of choice including website updates.
Support enterprise activations that promote belongingCollaborate with stakeholders to proactively plan and execute on days of opportunity throughout the year including signature inclusion events with our People Networks corporate messaging activations across owned channels and more.
Provide support to People Networks Be a main point of contact and support the ten People Networks with the development administration and execution of their annual plan. Consult with People Network leaders and Executive Sponsors on event coordination strategic communications and updates.
