You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin a dynamic team dedicated to prioritizing health equity in the experience of giving and receiving care at Seattle Childrens Hospital. This position will help to increase awareness of health disparities through research data and evaluation cultural humility and community partnerships.
The goal of this position is to collaborate with leaders to design interventions and develop educational solutions that meet staff and providers needs. This position will function as a primary resource to provide consultation for hospital staff and providers to explore barriers to providing equitable care and remain focused on health equity.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in a healthcarerelated field (Public Health Social Work Communications Education).
Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare community research or educational setting working with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience providing consultation to employees/staff at different levels.
Demonstrated ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated understanding of health disparities and inequities diversity cultural humility and inclusion.

Preferred
Masters degree in healthcarerelated fields (Public Health Social Work Education Communications).
Five years experience working with a multidisciplinary team in patient care or patientfocused research in an academic medical/pediatric setting.
Compensation Range
$95270.00 $142904.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
