Position Title: Systems Administrator

GC Associates USA requires Systems Administrators to administer and support the daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstations file servers and web servers. Duties typically involve the installation of hardware software systems upgrades network accounts network security and web page design interface and updates and local system design documentation. This administrator will maintain troubleshoot and implement network security tools including firewalls antivirus and intrusion detection services. The Systems Administrator will train staff on software applicable to their position assist customers with information technology monitor system configuration (hardware and software) and provide instruction on computers and applications.
Additional Requirements: Compliance with the Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives including any required certifications.
Levels and Requirements:
Level II: SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 2
- Education: Bachelors level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience: 3 years professional experience in systems administration.
Level IV: SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 4
- Education: Masters level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience: 10 years professional experience in systems administration.
