Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Custodian located in Dallas Texas.

Reporting to the Production Manager the Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office building and manufacturing production floor.

Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

What a typical day looks like:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas such as offices restrooms hallways and break room areas using cleaning supplies and equipment
• Removes and disposes of trash according to proper protocols
• Floor maintenance includes sweeping and mopping and use of Zamboni floor cleaning machine
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance supplies in a neat and orderly manner
• Keep a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchase requests when supplies get low
• Complete all other related duties as assigned

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in a related capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Ability to keep the facility clean and orderly
• Ability to interact with staff and visitors while remaining professional polite and courteous

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 30 pounds at a time
• Must wear PPE such as gloves safety glasses hard hat and ear protection while working on the production floor
