Senior Data Engineer (Atlanta GA): Serve as a core and professional member of our Data Engineering practice to build and operationalize complex data solutions as well as apply transformations and data cleaning and data quality solutions. Work with business stakeholders and the delivery team to identify highvalue business problems to solve through the application of data processing and analytical systems. Assess end user requirements to determine feasibility of solution design. Develop expand and evolve existing databases and ETL pipelines. Design build and support a transformational Databricks cloud data platform for the business to enhance performance and functionality. Assess business requirements refine development tasks and estimate their complexity. Research evaluate and adopt new technologies with optimal tools for the solution. Ensure speed of delivery and quality of appropriate solutions. Collaborate with teams to ensure prompt progression of projects from proofofconcept to postproduction stage. Communicate and present ideas to colleagues in all parts of the wider data team. Participate in code reviews for the Data Engineering practice. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for cloud data platform application and infrastructure. Assess database performance and modify systems to improve performance. Work with modern cloud data lake house technologies; data engineering (SQL/Python); Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; CI/CD; writing testing and deploying code using DevOps; DevOps Pipelines (Azure AWS or GCP); and collaborating with technical and nontechnical team members in Agile Scrum ceremonies. Reqs Bachelors degree plus 5 yrs exp.
