Position Overview:
As Part of the FBC Marine Operating Center Team the Transportation Technician you will support the logistical and operational readiness of our boats across all four seasonal phases. This technicianlevel role is responsible for transporting vessels between two club locations and occasionally performing light technical work onsite when needed.
The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude familiarity with marine systems and experience trailering and handling boats. This is a handson fieldbased position that involves both independent work and coordination with vendors and internal staff.

Working Conditions:
This is an outdoor role requiring physical work in various weather conditions. Seasonal workload will vary with peak activity in spring and fall. Weekend flexibility may be required during transitional periods.
Travel Requirements:
This role involves frequent local travel between multiple club locations and an outsourced Marine Operations Center (MOC). The technician will be responsible for trailering boats using a company vehicle or trailer and must be comfortable navigating local routes with varying road and weather conditions.
The anticipated pay rate for this position is $22/hr.
