Position Summary
Project Manager is an integral part of TRMCs working environment to increase productivity and efficiency of the team and to prevent project failure. The Project Manager aims to ensure success in project delivery. The Project Manager will provide teamwork improvement mechanisms that constitute attitudes performance abilities cultural patterns and results of the team.
Essential Functions
Performs moderately complex activities under limited supervision as directed by the Senior Director of Project Management.
Assists management in ensuring that project design goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints.
Adheres to and follows all patient experience initiatives.
Reports to and departs work on time and as scheduled.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be able to deal with stress while maintaining composure.
Follows and adheres to TRMC vaccine policy(s) mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Work Experience
Two to four years background in the healthcare industry and managed care preferred.
Experience working with physicians nurses and other clinicians preferred.
Project management experience with construction projects in healthcare preferred.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Management preferred.
Project Management Certification preferred.
