ABOUT THE FULL STACK DEVELOPER ROLE:
WIN is a leading proptech company and were expanding our technology team! Were looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in and . In this role youll play a critical part in building scalable web applications owning features endtoend and collaborating across functions to deliver highimpact solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop test and maintain scalable full stack applications using and
- Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver highquality user experiences
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate thirdparty services and APIs as needed
- Optimize performance and maintain code quality through testing reviews and best practices
- Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability
- Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and mentoring sessions
- Identify and implement technical solutions to improve user experience and backend efficiency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of handson experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Solid 50/50 expertise in both frontend ( ) and backend ( ) development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript REST APIs asynchronous programming and modern web architecture
- Experience with version control (Git) testing frameworks and API documentation tools
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to clean maintainable code
