Our products increasingly utilise Image Processing AI and Data Analytics to keep Thales at the forefront of technology via diverse platforms such as System on Chip Microcontrollers Single Board Computers through to HCI consoles. There exists opportunities across this spectrum from low level near hardware development to behavioural application and user interface layers.

There is ample opportunity to develop your skills within Thales developing from senior engineer to senior technical roles (e.g. Software Architect or Technical Specialist) or management roles (Software Engineering Manager).
Training is provided through a mixture of mentoring online and inperson courses. Thales actively encourages membership of professional organisations such as the IET and will pay membership fees and support individuals to work towards Chartered status.
Due to the nature of the work the candidate must hold or be able to pass UK SC vetting.
