An excellent opportunity has arisen with a fantastic law firm in the West End. They are looking for an associate lawyer with employment law experience to join the friendly and supportive team.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years of PQE and will be joining a growing team. The firms clients are mainly employers of a range of sizes and the candidate must have a strong ER background dealing with and running complex investigations disciplinary and grievance processes for clients. The candidate will also be involved with restructuring TUPE and senior level exits. The role is to support the lead partner in the team with the more challenging ER cases and other work to enable her to develop the department and generate business. There will be scope to be involved in a diverse range of interesting instructions and clients (including client training thought leadership and business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships and continue to grow the practice). The firm is seeking a lawyer with good academic achievements who is highly motivated and proactive.
