Job Description

South Ripley Elementary will have approximately five (5) temporary elementary summer school teaching positionsfor 2025. Teaching assignments will beTuesday May 27 Monday June 2 2025 from 9 am 11 am each day withan additional two days Tuesday June 3 and Wednesday June 4 to retest the 3rd grade students for their third IREAD3 opportunity. A current teacher licensure is required along with beingcertified in the Science of Reading. The number of teachers needed will be based on the number of3rd grade students who do not pass IREAD3 as well as any 2nd grade student who is in the at risk category needing to attend summer school.
