Job Description

Are you an experienced leader passionate about enhancing surgery coordination and patient care Join our team as a Manager of Ambulatory Surgery Coordination where youll oversee scheduling authorizations and presurgical coordination while driving operational excellence.

Hiring Range: $98000/year to $132000/year. Salary to be commensurate with experience education applicable professional certification.

Schedule is typically Monday Friday 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a highperforming team to ensure seamless surgery scheduling authorizations and presurgical nursing services.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to recruit and develop skilled professionals.
  • Implement strategic plans to optimize patient care operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve scheduling and coordination processes.
  • Partner with ASC surgical departments and community stakeholders to enhance services.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership operational management financial management and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Epic Ambulatory systems preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required; five years in a specialty area preferred.
  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and other methods to improve healthcare and service processes preferred. Certification in these improvement areas is desired.
  • Experience with Epic Ambulatory OpTime and Cadence Prelude is preferred.

Pay Range:

$96196.00 $144295.00

Benefitseligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are prorated by FTE/hours worked. Nonbenefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
