Description

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is seeking a Cage Player Services Supervisor to be responsible for leading and managing the Cage and Player Services departments ensuring smooth operations and achieving department goals. This position requires a strong understanding of casino operations including cash handling customer service and regulatory compliance.



Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the work of Cage and Player Services staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including Title 31 and company policies.
  • Resolve guest complaints and disputes effectively.
  • Implement and oversee the casinos rewards program.
  • Compile and analyze daily weekly and monthly reports.
  • Oversee ATM and kiosk operations including cash balances and reconciliations.
  • Verify funds and complete shift closeout procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment for staff and guests.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all guest information.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 13 years of experience in cash handling customer service and/or casino operations.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of casino gaming operations and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and often demanding environment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
