Possibility for year round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.
* Fulltime Benefits eligibility with year round employment.
Pay Range:$18.00 $22.00 / hour DOE
POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful safe and well maintained. Our Lawn Maintenance Crew MemberDriver work in crews to complete lawn maintenance and ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction brand loyalty and team collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lawn Maintenance Crew MemberDriver
- Ability to perform tasks related to lawn maintenance
- Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawn mowers string trimmers pruners and backpack blowers
- Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication verbal nonverbal and written
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
- Ability to drive company vehicles as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Required
- 18 years of age
- Able to pass a pre employment drug test
- Have Driver License with clean record
- Have DOT health card or ability to obtain one
