Job Description
Tinley Park IL commercial printer/mailer has multiple immediate openings for fulltime hire.
Digital Printing 2nd Shift Ink Jet Print Operator
Looking for fulltime 2nd shift (MF 2:00pm 10:30pm) Experienced Digital Print Operator.
- Must be able to read and understand job details/work ticket to correctly perform instructions for the printers including setup and calibrations.
- Ability to learn how to operate digital printing equipment both full color and monochrome and keep production moving in a deadline orientated work environment.
- Performs weekly cleaning calibrations and minor preventative maintenance on equipment to limit downtime.
- Communicates with Production and Sales staff to offer suggestions on workflow improvements.
- Works with Service Technicians to keep printers in optimal operation.
- Attention to Detail and Quality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- InkJet knowledge base a plus.
