Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off
Job Description:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations which includes skilled hand work microscope work or utilizing automated production equipment.
Essential Functions:
Creates setups and adjustments holding tolerances to drawing specifications.
Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring component installation and hand soldering on assembly units.
Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications terms and documents.
Work consists of tasks that are routine and repetative.
Good communication skills
Able to work as a team member or individual contributor
Able to work with limited supervision
Experience working with tools.
Experience working with small parts.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior assembly experience 2 year postsecondary/AA Degree and 02 years prior assembly experience.
