Position Overview:
We are seeking a Automotive Sales Associate to join our highperforming sales team at Brickell Honda. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow their career with a reputable brand. As a Sales Associate you will play a key role in delivering a worldclass carbuying experience for our customers. You will represent our Honda Certified vehicle line offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.
Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.
Guide customers through the sales process including test drives vehicle presentations and financing options.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.
Keep uptodate with industry trends inventory and dealership promotions.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.
Qualifications:
Sales experience required.
Proven track record in automotive sales and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of GM vehicles and products.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and driven to succeed.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic dealership environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
