Job Description: As a Cart Attendant at Jersey Meadow Golf Course you will be an integral part of our team ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned stocked and in proper working condition
- Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts
- Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers answering questions and assisting with their needs
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed
- Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf cart operations is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and perform light maintenance tasks
