Perform various duties required to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components circuit modules relays diodes and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units for all types of electronic and electromechanical products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various duties required to fabricate wiring harnesses and install components circuit modules relays diodes and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units for all types of electronic and electromechanical products.
- Responsible for mechanical assembly and wiring of electrical control panels AC/DC drives motors and other devices etc.
- Design and fabricate electrical boxes for installation of components.
- Drill edge fill fit and assemble a variety of detail parts and assemblies including cutting openings in bodies to accommodate wire and components using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect for proper installations and integrity.
- Ability to use general and precision tools such as tape measure calipers micrometers etc
- Must read understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain necessary documentation and records.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Perform assembly operations on structural and mechanical sub/assemblies equipment and accessories.
- Perform other work as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a HS Diploma GED or equivalent
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Must be able to read tape measure.
- Attention to detail; Strong work ethic; Team Player.
- Must be able to climb twist bend and stoop.
- Must have use of hands and be able to work overhead.
- Must be able to stand squat and grasp.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
