Come and join our Site Mars Leadership Team in our chocolate factory in Viersen near Dsseldorf!
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation Were on the hunt for an ambitious Industrial Engineer to join our leadership team and lead transformative improvements across our site operations. In this pivotal role youll be a key player in innovation projects acting as the voice of the supply divisionspotlighting opportunities managing risks and championing our capabilities. This position reports into the site leader and is a team member of the site leadership team.
What are we looking for:
- A degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Finance or Economics
- Proven skills in data analysis and change management
- Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies and supply chain processes
- Strong efficiency optimization mindset
- Handson project management experience
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
What would be your key responsibilities:
- Designing smart production flows and sequences to maximize output and minimize waste
- Reviewing specs schedules and production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Estimating production costs and analyzing how design changes affect the bottom line
- Using CAD tools to create efficient layouts for equipment materials and workflows
- Leading quality initiatives to ensure reliable production and costeffectiveness
