The Opportunity
At QBE we step up when our customers need us most. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service professionals to join our Workers Compensation team as a Case Manager to support with a 6month project where your skills and enthusiasm will truly shine!
Your New Role
Build strong reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.
Responding to inquiries in a professional timely and accurate manner all while adhering to privacy guidelines.
Ensure adherence to timeframes and compliance with legislation and company policy.
Apply sound decisionmaking principles and document them effectively.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes.
About You
Youre someone who genuinely cares about the work you do and delivers a customerfocused service with strength resolve and a solutionoriented approach.
manage multiple stakeholders relationships
Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
