CRMA Rumford Community Home $2500 SignOn Bonus

Location: Rumford Maine Employment Type: 36 hours/week three 12hour shifts

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Residential Care Specialist 1 or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate. May be trained within 4 months of employment.
  • Must have 40hour certified medication administration certification.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Your Role:

  • Administers medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Accurately takes and records vital signs of residents as assigned.
  • Documents reason for and purpose to PRN medications in a timely manner.
  • Properly secures medications carts and/or medications rooms per state and federal regulations and facility policy.
  • May dispense controlled drugs (schedule III IV V) and must accurately account for them under the supervision of the licensed nurse.
