Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for building works renovations and fitouts.
Analyze drawings specifications and other documents to prepare time cost materials and labor estimates.
Work closely with project managers architects and engineers to refine project budgets.
Assist in tender preparation and evaluation.
Monitor project costs against estimates and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in building and construction cost estimation preferably at the corporate level.
Strong understanding of construction methods materials and market rates.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
