JOB DESCRIPTION: Physical Therapist with competency with outpatient orthopedics is required some subacute inpatient coverage as needed. MRH Rehab is looking for a fulltime outpatient physical therapist who values patient care team collaboration and has a growth mindset. We offer 45 minute oneonone treatments 1 hour evaluations and paid documentation time in a fun and professional environment. We value work/life balance and offer 4 day work weeks. MRH Rehab is a rural clinic that provides the unique opportunity to treat a variety of conditions ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics orthopedics postop sports medicine vestibular/concussion and longterm neurological conditions. MRH offers a supportive collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment with mentorship and continuing education.

Craig offers many opportunities for local outdoor recreation camping rafting paddle boarding kayaking skiing/snowboarding mountain biking hunting fishing etc. Why sit in traffic driving to the mountains when you can live here Essential Functions and Basic Duties Position Specific Performance Expectations: Meets the patients goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary team. Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities. Restore maintain and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health. Prevent the onset symptoms and progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities that may result from diseases disorders conditions or injuries Recommend use of assistive devices and provide gait training as deemed necessary Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians nurses social workers and other health care workers; contributing to patient care conferences. Documents patient care services via EMR charting using defensible documentation in a timely and concise manner in compliance with industry standards. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infectioncontrol policies and protocols.

Actively participates in departmental and facility performance improvement and continuous quality initiatives. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions) Must be able to legally work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable) Must complete employee health meeting Education/Licensure/Certification: Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA) Current CPR(BLS) certification (within 90 days of hire per MRH Policy)
