Job Description
Job Title: Dietitian
Facility: Mount Carmel East
Address: 6001 E Broad St Columbus OH 43213 United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52/hr(W2) $55/hr(1099)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Mount Carmel East is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess patient nutritional needs develop individualized meal plans and provide education on proper nutrition to improve overall health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and create customized meal plans.
- Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
