Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering construction management OR technical college degree with combined minimum of five years field and estimating experience
Comfortable to work in both an office and onsite construction project environment
Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project needs
Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator with a strong focus on earthwork takeoffs and selfperform estimating
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans specifications and related documents
Experience with construction software preferred especially Carlson HCSS and Bluebeam
Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams subcontractors and vendors
