Job Description
Contractor will assess current systems and processes for managing roadway characteristics inventory and HPMS
processes and reporting to identify and implement solutions to enhance augment modify or fix any issues found
whether it is version compatibility or code issues. Updated HPMS reporting requirements and other Federal
requirements will be taken in to account when implementing these possible changes.
Assess and improve systems managing roadway characteristics and HPMS reporting.

Version compatibility

Codelevel errors
-
Data integration and reporting workflows

Implement changes to ensure compliance with updated Federal HPMS requirements.

Enhance or fix existing systems and processes using Oracle technologies.
Requirements
Expertise with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle Oracle Workspace Manager HPMS and Federal Reporting and
Roadway Characteristics Inventory Data Management.
- Education : Master s degree (required)
- Work Schedule :
- 30 hours/week Mon Fri 7 AM 4 PM
- Onsite only (no remote work)
- Weekends as needed
- Background Check : Standard required
- Start Date : ASAP
- End Date : 7/1/2026
