Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting our real estate services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and be eager to contribute to the development of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures flyers and online content.
Support in market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Organize and manage marketing events and promotions.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Track and analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain marketing databases and digital files to ensure accurate records.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
12 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus (e.g. email marketing SEO).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
