Job Description
We are currently seeking a detailoriented and strategic Media Planner to join our growing team in Chicago. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives managing media budgets and optimizing campaign performance across traditional and digital platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the media landscape.
Responsibilities
Develop and present strategic media plans based on client briefs and campaign goals.
Analyze audience data and media performance metrics to identify the most effective media mix.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute media buys across TV radio print and digital platforms (excluding social media).
Monitor media campaigns to ensure delivery pacing and performance align with targets.
Maintain relationships with media outlets and negotiate rates and placements.
Prepare postcampaign reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
2 years of experience in media planning preferably in an agency environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in media planning tools such as Nielsen Comscore and Google Ads.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
