Job Description
Position: Job/Training for Freshers In IT company
Number of positions: 01 (Only Female Can Apply)
Experience: Looking for Freshers only
Qualification: BBA BCA or any graduate
Mode of work: Work from the office only
Joining: Immediate joiner
Job Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts ensuring timely service delivery and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute client campaigns and projects.
- Prepare reports on sales performance client interactions and revenue growth.
- Maintain followups with clients to ensure longterm business relationships.
- Address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
