About You and The Role

This is a highimpact opportunity to partner across People Total Rewards and business leadership teams to drive better decisions through data. Youll play a central role in building scalable analytics uncovering insights that shape our employee experience and helping us continuously raise the bar.

What Youll Do

  • Leverage your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform influence support and execute our compensation strategy
  • Build and maintain dashboards reports and analyses using Excel Google Sheets and other BI tools to support HR Talent and Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Support our biannual global compensation planning process endtoend including design & management of the tooling equity plan design lead engagement and overall communication strategy across the company
  • Select appropriate benchmark surveys analyze and interpret relevant market data and develop recommendations for updates to job categories and salary structures as appropriate
  • Support the recruiting team with all new hire compensation offers including market trend analysis and offer negotiations
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous attention to detail and proactive auditing.
  • Continuously improve processes models and templates to enable scale and operational excellence.

What Youll Bring

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis people analytics HR operations or a related datadriven role.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skillsyoure comfortable with complex formulas pivot tables and data validation.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high bar for data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skillsable to explain technical findings to nontechnical audiences clearly and confidently.
  • Project management chopsyou know how to drive work forward align stakeholders and deliver on time.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Strong work ethic and teamfirst attitude: humility and humor make for a highimpact contributor
  • Bonus: Experience supportingcompensation total rewards or workforce planning functions.

What Else You Need to Know

The starting cash range for this role is $90000 $120000. Please note that this is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors including a specific candidates experience qualifications skills working location and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
