BAYADAHome Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager for our North Bergen New Jersey home health office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County.

As a RN Nurse Manageyour day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatricclients for supervisory/assessment visitsin North Bergen New Jersey and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of fieldnurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN and 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required.
- Home Health and OASIS experience highly preferred.
- Acute med/surgand/orsubacute experience.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
