We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 4284 W Thomas Rd in Phoenix United States. As an Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment ensuring exceptional customer service and driving team performance.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment
- Lead motivate and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and productivity
- Manage staff schedules assignments and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
- Participate in sales initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling deposits and basic bookkeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
- Step in for the General Manager when necessary demonstrating strong leadership and decisionmaking skills

- Strong communication abilities both verbal and written
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
- Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred (But not a must)
- Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and Holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and industry best practices
