Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 4284 W Thomas Rd in Phoenix United States. As an Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment ensuring exceptional customer service and driving team performance.

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment
  • Lead motivate and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and productivity
  • Manage staff schedules assignments and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
  • Participate in sales initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment for customers and staff
  • Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling deposits and basic bookkeeping
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
  • Step in for the General Manager when necessary demonstrating strong leadership and decisionmaking skills

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong communication abilities both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred (But not a must)
  • Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and Holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and industry best practices
