Job Description
Dominos in Phoenix United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 7710 W Lower Buckeye location. As a key member of our customerfocused organization youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with every interaction.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both inperson and over the phone
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Prepare food items according to Dominos standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including dining area kitchen and restrooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Excellent attention to detail especially when taking orders and handling payments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highenergy environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed
- Basic food preparation skills or willingness to learn
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Basic computer skills for operating pointofsale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
