Job Description
Dominos Pizza is seeking a friendly and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Phoenix United States (4284 W Thomas Rd). As a Customer Service Rep youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while helping to maintain the efficiency of our store operations.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both inperson and over the phone
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to Dominos standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including the dining area and kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong communication skills and a friendly customeroriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks including food preparation and pizzamaking
- Team player mentality with a positive and cooperative approach
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds
- Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems and cash registers
- Food handling experience or certification is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
