Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout our facilities.
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues promptly and effectively
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal indoor climate control and energy efficiency
- Train and mentor junior team members on HVAC operations and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Implement energysaving measures and suggest improvements to increase system efficiency
- Adapt to working in hot climate conditions when necessary
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in HVAC systems operation maintenance and repair
- Indepth knowledge of various HVAC systems and their components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for HVAC troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when needed
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
