Job Description
McGee Air Services is looking for Bus Agents to join our SEA team! Are you hard working dedicated and looking to make an impact on our organization devoted to becoming an Employer of Choice.
The Bus Agent position works to support the needs of airline passengers by providing bus service on a specified route between the main terminal and remote aircraft parking locations. This role ensures reliable transportation in a fastpaced environment by focusing on safety and adherence to traffic rules and regulations while keeping friendly professional service at the forefront.

McGee Air Services is an around the clock operation; ones ability to work a variety of shifts including overnight weekends and holidays are minimum requirements of the job. We work hard and like to have fun too; we simply adjust when we celebrate and enjoy time away from work.
Pay Rate:
The starting pay rate for this position is expected to be $20.18$23.18 per hour. The current full hourly range for this position is $20.18 $23.18 per hour.

This is a physically demanding job. In addition to loading and unloading the aircraft you will perform a variety of tasks.
- Operations of equipment such as tugs/tractors belt loaders and forklifts.
- Working in an environment full of activity fastpaced and often noisy.
- Previous experience driving in ramp environment preferred.
- Safety is our number one concern and we provide personal safety gear for use on the job.
- Must comfortably frequently continuously and within short timelines: lift carry and move heavy items; work in cramped or high places; climb bend kneel crawl and stoop for extended periods of time; carry heavy items up and down stairs; push/pull loaded and empty carts; and stand for extended periods.
Must haves to join our team:
- Must have a good driving record with no license suspensions within the past 10 years no more than 3 speeding tickets within the past 5 years and No DUIs within the last 3 years.
- Must meet expectations of all McGee team members related to safety uniform compliance attendance reliability process and procedure compliance and all other requirements related to ongoing employment
- Previous customerfacing experience required
- Previous passenger bus experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others
- Proactive and ability to anticipate needs of others in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to receive and communicate information in English
- Ability to pass background criminal history check and drug test
- Lifting up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and one of the following documents to be qualified for this position.
- Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
- Unexpired US Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Unexpired US Territory Passport and I94
- Airport SIDA Badge Requirements
- Important update for noncrew employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar: Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview.
Bus Duties
- Performs and records on specified forms or by electronic means required pre and posttrip walk around visual inspections to check for damage to vehicle and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Report any defects to supervisor
- Ensures the cleanliness of bus and boarding areas
- Consistently adheres to traffic rules and regulations ensuring safety is the primary focus
- Addresses questions and concerns from passengers with professionalism and courtesy
- Acts in accordance with the values of Safety Service Integrity Mutual Respect Accountability and Pride at all times and portrays a positive image in this customerfacing role
- Willing to perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements of the Job:
All team members are expected to be able to constantly lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent consistent and repetitive basis. Certain roles require team members to work while on their knees at or above their shoulders or while bending or stooping.
