Job Description
Join a dedicated anesthesia team in a collaborative care team model exclusively serving in Pensacola. The team includes 14 anesthesiologists and over 50 CRNAs ensuring a closeknit and supportive work environment. As part of this team you will supervise CRNAs and deliver highquality anesthesia care while fostering strong relationships with colleagues. This is a unique opportunity to work in a focused and efficient facility with a highly experienced team.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $525K annually as a 1099 contractor.
- Work Schedule:
- 1:6 call schedule with a 30minute response time.
- Call day starts at 1 p.m. with postcall day off.
- Weekday Call: Cover MondayFriday fromwith Post call day off
- Weekend Call: Cover Saturday & Sunday fromwith Monday Post call day off
- Enjoy 11 weeks off per year.
- Case Types:
- Level II Trauma center No transplant or cardiac cases.
- Only healthy pediatric cases.
- OB department averages 65 deliveries per year.
- CRNAs handle inhouse night duties and epidurals.
- The majority of trauma complex pediatric and OB cases are handled by nearby Level I Trauma and Womens & Childrens hospitals.
- Focus on Quality Care: Staff one hospital allowing focus on fostering a collaborative highfunctioning team environment with CRNAs.
