BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Job Coach to join the team in the Philadelphia PA area. BAYADAs Employment Specialist Job Coach work oneonone providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore seek choose and acquire and maintain employment.

How Youll Make an Impact:
- Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
- Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
- Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
- Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
- Making an impact on the community
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates starting at $25with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (various shifts)

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ACRE Certification preferred not required
- And/or CESP preferred not required
